Guardian Property Projects Ltd (GP Projects Ltd) is a team of specialist building contractors who carry out vital property projects with you the client in mind and a focus on your project. We aim to be your one point of contact from design to final build and will guide you every step of the way. Our advice and services are based on years of experience and expertise.
It is important to point out that we are not a lead generating company who subcontract or sell your contact details to other contractors for a fee.
We undertake all types of residential loft conversions, basement conversions and building extensions. We are also specialists in demolition and new build projects to help you create the perfect home of your dream. We will use our own team for the building work and the specialist trades, but if the volume is high we use sub-contractors, where we provide the full responsibility for the entire project.

Managing Your Project Fully
All the jobs undertaken by GP Projects Ltd are managed by the project manager and supervised by the construction site manager; we work closely with you and your design engineer. If you are unable to appoint a construction engineer or project architect, we have over 20 years of experience with all aspects of building specifications,building control requirements and will guide you all the way.
